I'm Anna
There was a time when my smile had disappeared. Divorce, job loss, illness, and loneliness had pulled the ground from under my feet. Even the smallest steps felt like mountains I couldn’t climb.
And yet, something kept me standing — my work with people, and that quiet voice inside whispering, It’s not over. Step by step, I began to coach myself, to find new perspectives, and to reclaim my inner strength.
That’s how Woman Re:Start was born — my heart project for women who feel it’s time for a new beginning. To tell this story, I created Mara — my narrator. Her stories carry pieces of my own journey, but also a mirror for yours. Mara reminds us: we don’t have to be perfect to be held. God turns bitterness into hope — and gives us the courage to begin again.
I invite you to walk this path with Mara and me — back to your strength, your dreams, and your truest self.
A Thought That Stays With Me
When I listen to Mara’s words, something inside me settles — a feeling of peace and safety begins to grow.
Her voice carries a stillness that reaches places I didn’t know were waiting to be heard. It’s as if she gives language to what I’ve longed for in silence — words I didn’t know I needed until I heard them spoken aloud.
And when, at the end, she lets the voice of Jesus come alive — “My beloved daughter, I see you…” — something happens in me. It feels like someone gently placing a hand over my heart and whispering, “You don’t have to explain yourself anymore. You are allowed to see yourself — with the images you carry inside.”
This isn’t a strict workshop with tasks or scientific explanations. It feels more like entering a quiet garden — soft, tender, loving. I’m held there, carried, almost one with myself and with nature. It’s not about learning something new, but about repeating what’s true — until it takes root in me.
I’m allowed to ask the right questions: What images nourish me? Which ones drain my strength? And as I listen inwardly, I sense it — every loving thought becomes a seed planted in fertile soil. My body softens, my breath deepens, and the pressure inside begins to fade.
It’s a practice in repetition — not to bore me, but to anchor what is good more deeply within. Something I can even take into sleep. The words continue to work quietly — in my subconscious, in my body’s memory — like a gentle image that doesn’t fade, but slowly expands within me.
Sometimes it means letting go of control — handing things over to someone I trust. For some, that’s God. For others, maybe simply life itself. What matters is this: I don’t have to carry everything alone. I am held.
Milestones Along My Journey
My path was never a straight line. It’s been a journey — one that led me, step by step, closer to what truly moves me.
In Częstochowa, I studied education — drawn by a deep curiosity about what shapes people’s hearts. Graduating summa cum laude was an honor, but the real gift was learning to see with my heart.
Later, I worked at a center for adults with disabilities, where I learned that dignity never depends on achievement — it grows in how we meet one another, with respect and presence.
As an early childhood educator, I witnessed the quiet wonder of connection — how trust blooms slowly, almost shyly. And as a streetworker, I learned to meet people where they are — in the middle of life, with all its rough edges and its beauty.
Later, at the University of Lublin, I completed a postgraduate degree in Professional Coaching — another step toward understanding myself not only as a teacher, but as someone who creates spaces where people can rediscover themselves.
And yet, I recognize myself most deeply in Woman Re:Start. Here, all those paths come together — listening, guiding, trusting life — into work that feels truest to who I am. Here, I can simply be myself, and invite others to find their own new beginning.
